Cockpit tack welded together; interesting to see a significant change
from initial floppy to rigid mode after a few tack welds here and there
(e).
Side of a pilot-house still in floppy mode, however, gives a first glance
on a dog-house coming out (f),
one of the BEST (re)invention of recent days - phosphoric acid wash of
the mill scale and surface oxides (g),
it works beautifully well, gives superb finish and safe a lot of wire
brushing which was done on every part to be welded - highly recommended.
Pilot-house coming into shape and giving first feel for the final version
(h).
