Fig. 3.1.6a,b,c,d, Chainplates are one of the many deceiving details which just take a lot of time without giving much to show. Reason behind continuous questioning by laic public on why its not on water yet... because, apart from bare hull, there is a lot of hand work on, for example, chainplates (a), which needs to be carefully welded to eliminate distortion in 10mm alustar plates (b), which are put together in the most odd shape imaginable (c) and aligned to 23.8 degrees to the boat axis (d).
